The Sevylor Hudson inflatable kayak looks good and offers great performance.
The adjustable and elevated seats have backrests and bungee cords for practicality and fit and allow the kayak to be used by one person or converted for use by up to two adults and one child. Stable and comfortable, The Sevylor Hudson offers excellent tracking, with directional strakes and removable fins to add to its manoeuvrability. When purchasing our items you are agreeing to abide by these terms.
We always intend to be fair but wish to prevent buyer abuse. Please take time to be aware of these terms and conditions when purchasing.
Delivery
We will despatch all orders within 3 working days, sooner whenever possible.
For small items with an approx. weight less than 1.5Kg we may use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery.
For all others items we will use UK Mail with a 48 hour delivery option.
On receipt of goods please sign for them as goods received unchecked.
The person who signs for the item must be 18 years of age or older.
It is the buyers responsibility to check the goods when received are in a satisfactory condition.
Faulty Items
If the item you have ordered arrives damaged or is faulty upon delivery, we will exchange the product at our expense if the item is still in stock. If not we will refund the original purchase costs.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We are not able to claim for damage from a courier if it goes passed this time.
We may require digital pictures of the contents and packaging.
Sometimes couriers will require the product to be available at the delivery point for their inspection so we may not be to exchange your product immediately.
Please note that we do not supply parts however, in some instances where a part is faulty we may ask you to send just that one part for us to exchange.
If the item is faulty within the first 10 working days we will reimburse you for the item to be returned to a maximum value of the charge when you purchased the item. After those 10 working days we may ask the buyer to pay for the return.
Not as Described
If we have sent you an incorrect product or if the item was mis-described we will exchange the product at our expense or refund the purchase costs.
In this instance the goods must be returned back to us in a new condition, unused and complete with all accessories, instructions, packing.
Stock
When we go to pack your item if we feel there is a problem with the item we wll not dispatch it. In this instant we may not have any other items to send. If this happens we will inform you of the timescale for when the item will be available. If this is not acceptable to you we will refund your original payment.
Warranty
Non-consumable items will have a 12 month money back guarantee.
If applicable manufacturers warranty details will be described in the item description.
For items with a shelf life we will endeavour to provide these items with as long a shelf life as possible. These items carry a 90 day money back guarantee. This does not cover damage incurred post delivery.
These guarantees only apply where the item has been used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines. Abuses or damage to the product are hence not covered.
Returns Policy
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced (if still in stock) or money refunded. However, we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
You can change your mind when purchasing an item up to 10 working days from the receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned back to us in a new condition, unused and complete with all accessories, instructions, packing. Any original P+P fee is not refunded. In the case of items with no P+P a fee of no more than £6.88 will be withheld from any refund ( applicable to UK mainland purchases, other higher charges may apply for other areas) if we organise the return postage.
We will endeavour to organise a courier to pick up returns. However, in some instances we may ask the customer to pay for and ship the item back to us.
If the item is found to be faulty, we will refund any postage costs.
All returns will be checked for the fault. Once confirmed a refund will be processed via the original method of payment.
These terms and conditions only apply to items delivered to UK addresses. European buyers can still return items but must be aware that P+P costs back to us are higher than we may have charged and are payable by the buyer.
We must authorise returns prior to sending.
Postage Requirements
Shipping prices stated in eBay are for Mainland United Kingdom ONLY.
The Highlands & Islands of Scotland with postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE will require atleast an extra £5 to be added.Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly with postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25 will require atleast an additional £10 to be added. For both of these please contact before purchase.
We believe our postage costs to be fair. They cover bubble wrap, black packing wrap, tape, any other packaging and courier charges. Our courier rates are all inclusive of VAT.
If you wish to buy multiple items, where items are the same or different, dependant on the total weight and volume we can usually combine P+P. Please ask prior to purchase.
